Today's tutorial goes through some basic Freeze drills to strengthen those arms, wrists and shoulders to improve your Freezes. I incorporate all the Freezes I have previously taught the technique for so you should be able to jump right into these!
My challenge from this is:
5-20 baby freeze pushups 5-10 elbow freeze kick ups 5-20 handstand knee taps 5-20 handstand shoulder taps
