This one's for anyone trying to remain fit during this time, some fun alternative movements for working out. I break down the movements and then set a Challenge at the end! Let's keep active and have fun with it!

The Challenge, so here it is:

AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE 5 ROUNDS OF:

5 x sixstep push up 5 x sidestep squats 10 x sweep burpies (alternating leg each time)
